We have a simple return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason whatsoever, return it! We’ll

happily accept packages within 365 days of the sale date and we’ll give you a complete refund. All we

ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the

original box and/or packaging.

Green Coast Pet, LLC does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center.

At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Green Coast Pet,

LLC does not take title to the refunded item.

Shipping Policy:

All orders will ship within 1-2 business days of placement. Green Coast Pet ships to every US state with some exceptions for specific items. If we cannot process your order for any reason, Green Coast Pet will reach out to you and give you a full refund.
